Tom or Thomas was very efficient and courteous, he knew what to do with the parts and very helpful clearing the top refrigerator to install the orders parts. Also acknowledging the previous 2 techs Kevin and Edward ordered (the the parts that were faulty) and Tom installed today. 5 for all above .

Bruce was very nice and accommodating. He was not able to fix the paddle on my refrigerator water paddle because there's no way to fix it. It was broken by another Sears service person when he tried to replace it and the only way to fix the issue is to replace the entire door. Doors to this model refrigerator are no longer available. The water does dispense so I'm not going to pursue fixing it any longer. I'll just deal with the water dispenser paddle not being secured at the bottom.
