The repairman showed up mid day, which is much earlier than previous visits. He also completed the repair in 10 minutes. It's also important to note that I started receiving notifications if his arrival early in the day to manage my expectations. This also has. ot happened previously.

Your service tech was great. Your customers service is horrible. No live agents, missed appointments, miss information due to AI. Sears sucks. Multiple reschedules because AI cant get it right.
