Funny oil odor from freezer reveal

Noticed a machine oil smell coming from our bottom freezer a few weeks ago that persisted, even after dusting the back and checking other sources. Theodore checked it all out, confirmed that everything still worked and gave tips on ways to optimize performance.

Charles called 30 minutes ahead of schedule and arrived on time. He was able to fix our refrig promptly using the parts that he had ordered several weeks ago And he cleaned up the work area after he finished.

Humberto came out and when I tried to show him what was wrong I couldn't replicate it. It tried all kinds of ways but couldn't replicate it either. Hopefully the problem won't reoccur but if it does I want Humberto back.

Erin was very thorough in going through the stove and after a few visits and attempts to fix my stove determined that it was not safe or repairable. He was very professional in his duties and timely with his appointments. Very well majored and I would highly recommend him if asked.
