Great experience
Our problem ended up being an intermittent breaker issue so Don couldn't resolve the issue directly, but he was very helpful at idenfitying the problem and ruling out the device. A new breaker later, we're all good again.

Raul was very thorough in assessing the issue with my ice maker. He determined that the intake line was blocked. He showed me where the issue lies and instructed me to allow the freezer temp to increase a bit so the blockage would dislodge. Raul provided excellent customer service. He's a very knowledgeable and nice man.
