Casey was awesome. He fixed the issue I called about (power/cooling) and replaced a light bulb. The light bulb is important to note since I'd been having an issue with the lights, but the fridge mostly functioned - so it didn't really bother me. He explained they were on a circuit, so replacing the one would fix the intermittent issue with the lighting. He answered all of my (most likely annoying) questions with detail to help me understand the actual issue I called about - losing power - which was an issue with the control board. He also had a student with him on his follow up, and it sounded like he was doing a great job teaching the next gen. 11/10.

David R,
Ocean View, DEThe technicians are great; the scheduling process is absurd!
you schedule online, you submit the part & model number, upload photos of the problem, are promised a trouble-shooting call with a tech before the appointment, as well as a call when they are en route. The scheduling bot leaves you waiting around for an entire day with no idea of a more narrow window for arrival, and there is no one to call to inquire. The day of my initially-scheduled appointment, we were on travel restrictions in Indianapolis due to the weather, yet I still kept getting text updates that my service appointment was on schedule. No tech showed up (which was fine), but no one notified me otherwise or gave me any options to reschedule for a different day. Suddenly the next morning, I'm getting texts that a technician was on the way (just as I was about to get out and venture to work). So I hung around until Danny showed up (he was great), but he had not been provided with ANY of the information I had submitted online, so he had to diagnose the issue, then order the part, and put me back through the whole annoying process 2 days later for the repair. Now, if the scheduler had just given Danny the info, he could have brought the part and made the repair right on the spot and saved us all the headache. Why ask for it if you're not going to pass it on to the technicians? He said they NEVER get that information before they go out. That is SOOOOOOO frustrating! Why function so inefficiently? So 2 days later, when Donald came back, it was repaired in less than an hour, and it was all good, but it shouldn't have been this tedious.

John came a few days ago. Looked at our oven problem, ordered a part and was to return in 2 weeks to put the new part in. The part arrived yesterday and he had a full day and still arrived at 8pm today to fix the oven. Heats up great! Thanks John!
