Scott has worked with us before. He goes out of his way to take care of our needs. In this instance, instead of ordering a part causing us to go without a refrigerator for several days, he drove to the distribution center and picked up the part so we could have our refrigerator back and working asap. Always delightful and professional. You need to clone him.

Thought we'd be done with one visit but the part he had on the truck to match the dishwasher did not work. Had to order parts to my house and come back the following week not a problem. The dishwasher is working again. I think we can trust Sears home services for things like washer, dryer, dishwasher refrigerator the big appliances that have so many electronics to them spend great work.
