Tenacious and efficient
GE sent the incorrect part multiple times, several times to Sears and several times to another appliance man GE sent. Correct info on box, but incorrect panel inside the box! Totally inept but Donnie saved the day by being tenacious and repeatedly trying to get correct part and finally succeeding! He was able to repair quickly once he had the correct part.

I think the process of making a claim online and describing the issue and then the questions from the 'Virtual Assistant' should give the Tech the info needed to be aware of the issue before he comes out to the job site. I asked the Tech if he was aware of the issue I posted in the claim and the only thing he knew was 'Refrigerator not working' Chance is very professional and knowledgeable, he was also very courteous. I liked the way he tried step by step testing to finally find what was causing the issue.
