Washer problem.
My Technician was On time, and very professional. I told him just what was going on with my washer and he fixed the problem and told to me about what he did to correct the problem my washer was having. I'm very pleased with the work that he had done to my washer.

Made a service call and received an appointment the next morning. Tech came a couple hours into the time a lot which was excellent! He wasn't able to fix the issue (bad transmission), however, he inspected and diagnosed within minutes and explained thoroughly.
