Courteous; nice guy ,but couldn't resuscitate the complex electronics of that stove due to the extreme cost of replacement parts. Buying a new one. Love that induction/convection range, but they are more economical to replace than repair.

Donald did a great job diagnosing the problem and was done in 15 minutes each visit. I was very disappointed that sears charged over $300 in labor of a combined 30 minutes of service. Even the repairman was surprised by the high fee.
