Jimmy was professional, punctual, and clearly well-prepared. He explained the issue, replaced the UI board efficiently, and verified operation before leaving. The repair appears to have resolved both the cycle selection problem and the no-heat issue. We appreciate the thorough work and would gladly request him again.

Changed housing for water filter to fix water dispenser

Eddie was friendly and explained procedure to fix. Helped me locate the water turn off, explain directions and watched for success. He was rabbit and efficient in changing the housing and attaching Connections in the back of the refrigerator. He changed the new GE water filter I had purchased and monitored the water dispenser making sure it was working properly without any noise or delay. Very satisfied with his work and highly recommend.

Abib arrived at our home promptly during the time Sears said they would arrive. He assessed the issue, accurately diagnosed what was wrong, and repaired our refrigerator water dispenser. We felt like the price was reasonable. Abib was professional and had a pleasant personality.
