No one showed up the first scheduled day and worse yet I was never even called and told. Once the tech Jeffrey got there a week later when he was scheduled he did great. Very professional and solved the problem.

Phillip was very knowledgeable. He put the part in washer. Gave my wife some useful advice when using machine. He said if we had any problems let him know. We were really pleased with him. He's a great asset to Sear's. He deserves a raise! Jim and Rose Madre

Technician was spot on diagnosing problem with ice maker. After replacing water pump however, he could not trigger water pump to activate because of lowered temp in ice door due to being opened for so long. He did try to fool the temp sensor with an ice cube to activate pump but was unseccessful. Said it would be several hours before temp would be restored. He left with no assurances that ice maker was fixed. Ice finally started dropping after 9 hours after he left.

Gerry is very friendly,and was Very apologetic for being so late but it not his fault, he installed the pump then ran it thru the cycles making sure it was working right, I would recommend him to others
