Excellent and honest service
Excellent and honest service provider. Very knowledgeable and worked hard to repair my appliance but sadly, given the poor quality of the product, the repair costs as much as a new one.

Andy came to my house. He is a likeable guy who got right down to business. I told him I knew that the ignitor in my oven was gone and that I had the part to fix it. He gave me a price to install and had the work done in a Half-Hour. I only put in the order yesterday and my oven is fixed today. Quickest service I ever got for an appliance repair. I will use them again. Thanks to Sears and Andy for such great service.
