Awesome worker
The service by Fardeen B was Fabulous very knowledgeable, very patient and friendly and I loved his timing always on time even though Sears kept sending the wrong parts he still worked and got my stove working, Praise God. I hope I never need the stove service again but if I do send Fardeen b and Thanks again. Very Happy

Rich did a great job the couple times he came to make repairs. I was not happy with Sears's scheduling and customer service center since it is all operated by AI voice. Sears cancelled twice on me on the same day as services scheduled while I waited all day and I could not reach a "live" person to resolve the scheduling issues. Very frustrating. Also, one of the parts sent was damaged in shipment and that requires an additional visit. Don't think I will renew my service agreement because the AI system is extremely aggravating and not customer friendly.
