Repair refrigerator water dispenser
Very experienced technician. Checked for water leak after installing parts. Knowledgeable and detailed. Cleaned up after working and very respectful of my kitchen.

There's some problem with Sears' scheduling system. Jeremy saw my availability as the whole day, but Sears showed me that I had booked for the afternoon only. Jeremy came in the morning. I called him back and he kindly returned for an afternoon appointment. He worked quickly and told me honestly that there was no obvious problem. (It would have been easy to charge me for some part or repair, but he just charged me the diagnostic fee.) The appliance is working again. He gave some suggestions for the next time it has problems.
