He was quick to figure out where the random screw I found went and replaced all the screws And I knew it was my ice bucket but he was able to figure out why it broke the way it did and explained it to me. Tam is usually the technician we get when we call for the fridge and he is always excellent. He had them deliver the part to me within 2 hours of his visit.

The serviceman that corrected the oven malfunction today was great. However, I cannot rate SHS scheduling as such. The first time I was to receive service was 8/21 from 8-5. I was sitting in the hospital with my father who is dying with esophageal cancer so I made arrangements for someone to sit at my house waiting for someone to come…….which never happened!! When I called back, the automated message said I had 2 apts and today's date was the 2nd one that I was given! Not a very satisfied customer!!!!
