The technician, Jeb was and is always competent and personable. My frustration is not at all with him or his expertise. I requested service for my Built-in Microwave Oven. The technician showed up with an order to fix my Oven. He was not able to get in touch with anyone for authorization to fix the Microwave. After about 20 minutes he did get information from someone who told him that I did not have coverage for my Built-in Microwave. I then produced my contract which clearly showed such coverage. He was still unable to get authorization to do anything further. This was almost an hour of wasting his time and mine. I have been a customer of Sears Home Services for over 15 years. This past year has been fraught with difficulties and frustrations. You can review my records. I have probably made at least 40 or 50 calls trying to resolve a number of issues none due to any inadequacies of the Service Person. Please have someone with supervisory or management authority contact me to resolve this issue. I believe I have already been charged for a call that is without results f any kind. I would like that $100. charge returned to my account forthwith. And yes, I have tried calling but it seems impossible to get past the automated voice contact. Brian, went through everything and explained a lot of things that were new to me. The air fryer appears to be working well and I will try to keep an eye on it. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Brian showed me how to adjust the oven temp.

He was able to fix the problem quickly. Could have probably done it myself if the troubleshooting guide had listed the problem or if Customer Support had the how-to instructions to fix it.
