Getting in contact with you all, nerve racking, I call for 3 days to get a appointment for appliance. They was saying my house phone number didn't match my home warranty plan. Please do better with that, it was crazy.

Brittlee is very positive and determined to repair the issues with our refrigerator. We've had over 17 appointments in the past two years many times nobody showed up. Brittlee has replaced the parts he's been instructed but issues persist. He's scheduled back in two weeks. Appreciate his professionalism and perseverance in address the issues.

Kevin was great. Unfortunately, I had some additional questions for Kevin and there is no way to reach sears appliance service. I have tried 3 days without success to get to speak to someone, but after spending hours trying I gave up. Have not heard anything from sears appliance service,so at this point I know nothing. Great service. Thank you so much!

Steve did a great job completing the repair. I was a bit surprised by the cost of the repair work by Sears since the issue seemed very minor and easy to resolve. Both technicians who serviced my dryer were excellent, personable and very competent.
