Mr. Phillip was on time, he had all the necessary equipment and he were very knowledgeable of the inspection of my oven. He also went over all the necessary parts that was needed to repair my oven and he conveyed with my warranty company on his finding and completed his inspection in a timely manner. Definitely a professional technician.

Mr. Daniel was courteous and polite. He arrived in the timeframe that was set. I appreciated his patience when he came to removing my stove top… It wasn't easy, but he was able to fix the problem and he put everything back as he found it. He paid very close attention to detail. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about his craft explaining all the various parts, tech and process needed for the service. He is friendly, focused and polite. Joseph would be the only reason to use Sears service again. Sears is lucky to have this fine dedicated repair person in their ranks.
