Thomas performed admirably today. He arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem. While he was performing his diagnosis, he took the time to explain what he was doing. I appreciated that a lot. Unfortunately, Thomas determined that the problem could not be fixed because it required an older part that is no longer available. Thomas was even kind enough to show me options for a replacement range. I considered that going above and beyond service, which I also appreciated.
