Unbelievably great experience! From calling to schedule appointment to David's arrival, it was less than 90 minutes. David was so kind and polite, as well as masterful and careful in his approach to the repair. He pointed out some important things he looks for without being overwhelming to the customer. A great balance in his communication style. I would welcome him back any time!!

Charles coming to my house took the overall experience with Sears from 2 stars to 4 stars. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I just couldn't give 5 stars because the time for arrival kept changing. It went from 2, to 3, to almost 5 o'clock. I know our window was 1:00 to 5:00 but customers still should have a better estimate of arrival time. Also, Sears cancelled a prior appointment with me 30 minutes before the end a 4 hour wait window. In the end the problem was fixed and our washer use running again.

The tech was great. The service that Sears offers is awful. The communication stunk. They gave me a time frame 8-5. Appt started at 7:15. Got a call from a rude woman at 2:30 offering a pitch to buy a warranty and then said tech will be there at 2:48. Yea 5 hours later. Sears communication sucked

Mahmoud is so friendly. He truly demonstrates diamond level customer service. He explains everything ensuring I understand. He's sympathetic to the customer. And he is so personable. I hope he is recognized for his superb service!!

Dwight was very professional fixing my dishwasher. He was very careful not to get any water on the floor. He replaced it a moderate amount of time and cleaned up afterwards. Very good!
