After pulling out our oven, inspecting and running tests, Leroy was able to tell us that it must be a bad breaker, and he was correct. Mr. Phillip was on time, he had all the necessary equipment and he were very knowledgeable of the inspection of my oven. He also went over all the necessary parts that was needed to repair my oven and he conveyed with my warranty company on his finding and completed his inspection in a timely manner. Definitely a professional technician.

Mr. Daniel was courteous and polite. He arrived in the timeframe that was set. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about his craft explaining all the various parts, tech and process needed for the service. He is friendly, focused and polite. Joseph would be the only reason to use Sears service again. Sears is lucky to have this fine dedicated repair person in their ranks.
