GE refrigerator, water and ice not working
Took three tries and hopefully it was just a little fan motor that went out causing the waterline to freeze up. We will know in about 48 hours.

Jaime was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough analysis of the situation and was able to come up with a solution. However the insurance company declined to follow it. They apparently have other options to fix it,

Conrad explained what he was doing thoroughly and although my issue ended up not being tied to the fridge, but instead to the outlet, he didn't help fix one of clogged drain tube issue that we've been having

I was initially concerned about the amount of the repair estimate. However, Jermaine did much more than I thought he was going to do. The company should let customers know they're getting "Jermaine Service" before the price is quoted. Jermaine did a great job and was very friendly, professional and concerned about the quality of the work he was doing. He is a great asset to the Company.

The previous tech that fixed the dryer a year ago used too my grease and made a mess to repair. It was apparent that he was frustrated with that but resolved the issue and was polite and funny.
