I was initially concerned about the amount of the repair estimate. However, Jermaine did much more than I thought he was going to do. The company should let customers know they're getting "Jermaine Service" before the price is quoted. Jermaine did a great job and was very friendly, professional and concerned about the quality of the work he was doing. He is a great asset to the Company.

The previous tech that fixed the dryer a year ago used too my grease and made a mess to repair. It was apparent that he was frustrated with that but resolved the issue and was polite and funny.

Steve D was here to fix our wash machine. Originally, it was going to cost some money but it ended up being no cost as it was just a clogged drain that had to be cleaned out. No new parts were needed. Steve did a great job.
