Our tech (Nicolas) was prompt on arrival and quickly diagnosed the problem with our 16 year old dryer. Nicolas clearly explained the estimate including parts and labor. Very refreshing to see an experienced tech that represented Sears very well. Will use Sears again in the future if needed for our repairs. Thank You Edwin J
