Vonzell was able to identify the issue quicky along with the requisite part to order. Evidently, the machine was old enough that the part was discontinued so opting for a replacement washer which was fine with me. Appreciated the prompt response and best effort for a fix.

Forrest took his time to investigate and understand what the problem was with my induction range broiler at his first appointment at my home on 4/24/2025. He determined the cause and ordered two parts on that date. One part was delivered immediately, but the second did not arrive until a month and a half later. He returned and installed the parts and checked to assure that all was working properly. I am extremely happy with the excellent service and knowledge provided by Forrest and I was glad that he was assigned to return to my home once both part arrived.
