Our technician was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helpful and he made it easy to get our refrigerator clean as he was repairing it. I would highly recommend him.

Forrest took his time to investigate and understand what the problem was with my induction range broiler at his first appointment at my home on 4/24/2025. He determined the cause and ordered two parts on that date. One part was delivered immediately, but the second did not arrive until a month and a half later. He returned and installed the parts and checked to assure that all was working properly. I am extremely happy with the excellent service and knowledge provided by Forrest and I was glad that he was assigned to return to my home once both part arrived.

We went nearly two weeks without a stovetop but that wasn't Tom's fault. Parts had to be ordered and apparently they don't have enough repairmen. Overall, we are satisfied. Stovetop is working.
