Michael came to do maintenance on dishwasher and oven. He was able to answer all the questions I had. Learned from him that there is a special oven cleaner for self cleaning ovens which I never knew before. He was friendly and helpful.

Though it took 3 visits and over 2 months to get it completed the technician were good, the delays were not their fault. I'm hoping it's finally fixed and we can move on.
