GE Refrigerator light replacement
Michael contacted me prior to arrival, was on time and efficiently removed and replaced light. Explained removal and replacement for future service as necessary. He was professional and courteous.

Kelvin was polite, professional, and very thorough. We had several techs out for the same issue, a leaking dishwasher. When they arrived, they threw a new door seal on and left, never rectifying the issue. Kelvin took to time to properly assess the issue, ordered the correct parts and spent the time until it was resolved.

We Recently needed an oven repair. Marc, the technician, was very nice, professional, knowledgeable. 5 stars to him. But the appointment process is terrible. Once an appoint is scheduled, your time frame is between 8-5 on the day of appointment. Window never narrows for you to plan your day. Twice, my appointment was cancelled. First time at 4pm. The second time was 11:30am. I understand that there is a lack of technicians and appointments are being overbooked. I would rather get an appointment (if non-emergency) scheduled further out and be assured that someone will show up. It has been a very frustrating process.
