Freezer now working
Conrad is great! He is knowledgeable and does his best to explain repairs. It took four visits over 4 months(frustrating), but GE Profile now working as expected.

Elijah came out a week ago to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts needed and set a new appt time for today ( one week later). The parts were delivered and here when he got here, on time (text notifications were right on!). He got to work and completed everything needing repair. Did a great job!
