Lakewood, COService tech great; systems flunk
Both service techs were competent and pleasant - Dane and Daniel. On the minus side, your systems dependent on AI are a customer service nightmare. And whoever orders parts needs to rethink the source as all parts were damaged in shipment, resulting in a 2 week lag from diagnosis to repair. Because of having AHS warranty insurance, I had no choice of repair vendors. Based on this experience, while the 2 men were great, I will never use Sears repair again.

Leigh N,
Stamford, TXRefrigerator Service
As far as the technician, Byron, the service was great but the company is horrible. After the initial visit saying I needed a compressor it took 4 weeks to finally have someone come back and determine the refrigerator cannot be repaired. That is totally unacceptable. This problem has been on going since the beginning of April. After many appointments scheduled and no one coming when an appointment was made, 7 weeks, they "fixed the issue" so I thought. About 2 weeks later, June 27, the refrigerator went out again. At that point, a tech came and ordered a new compressor. Finally, today, July 29, after many missed appointments the tech installed a new compressor and found another issue. It has now been determined that the refrigerator cannot be repaired. How frustrating to go 11 weeks without a refrigerator.
