John diagnosed the problem and made a repair to the door and it is now functioning properly. He is a fine technician. I was disappointed that the original scheduled date and time was not met and we were not updated to the fact that he would not make it.

Excellent service. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Technician came when scheduled, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and scheduled an appointment for the next week to install the parts. Parts cane abd were installed in about 10 minutes. Easiest repair I've had.

Raymond didn't just come and fix the problem I thought I had with our dishwasher which may just be fixed my replacing a part. Instead, he noticed that the dishwasher was not properly balanced, probably related to when it was originally installed. While a sensor needed to be replaced, it took time to get the dishwasher properly balanced. He stayed with the job until he succeeded, knowing that doing that was the right thing to do. He treated our dishwasher problem as if it was his own and he did everything to make it right. That is true Customer Service…!!!
