The repairman showed up on time and was very knowledgeable on my GE Profile. Water was leaking down into my freezer bottom and all my frozen food was thawing. Sometimes the ice maker was not working either. He was fast and got my refrigerator doing what it should. I highly recommend Sears repair and I had Home Shield so it only cost me a service fee. Thank you Steve for the quick and expert service.

Claudio was excellent—he quickly diagnosed the issue with my fridge's convertible drawer, ordered the part, and came back to fix it with a fast turnaround despite delays in his schedule. He even caught that my shelf was upside down and fixed it on the spot! Professional, efficient, and very skilled. Highly recommend.
