This was Don's second visit to address my oven's relay issue. He replaced the control board and the oven works great. Don is professional, friendly, and very experienced. He took great care to make sure my home was spotless and free of any damage or wear from the service.

Thomas B was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but was unable to perform the service on our washing machine because the sticker with the Model and serial number was not able to be read. The sticker is on the front of the washing machine under the door and is in a place that gets wet and has faded/rubbed off. Sears repair was unable to perform the service.
