Under our Sears home warranty contract, we have been without a washer for over 7 months. During that time, Abdul has been to our house 3 times. He did everything possible to initiate a replacement but his efforts were hindered by an extremely inefficient and cumbersome system. I recommend Abdul's work but the customer facing Home Warranty system is terrible.

Gregory is professional and knowledgeable. We have a GE profile dishwasher, which is problematic with a very bad design. He gets it up and running every time we call this " worst dishwasher ever made" in for service!
