This 5 star rating of the Technician. As for your company I'll rate is a 0 or low if I could. You have hired Offshore employees who can't speak English well and you have resorted to AI for customer communication. Both are bad and doesn't work for the majority of your Adult Customers. It's probably ok for these new Millennials because you both understand each other but, for the intelligent Adults Customers your sounds like we're talking to Fifty Graders.
