The technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue by himself. The technician who came yesterday was not as skilled and believed that the whole refrigerator had to be taken out of its housing and taken apart. The gentleman today was able fix it by himself without unnecessary dissembling.

Our service technician was in and out with no issues. It appears that our ice maker will be working again. One issue is that our appointment was set up for 1 Dec. We had no idea that the service technician was showing up today. Luckily we were home and didn't waste anyone's time.

After weeks of missed appointments, misdiagnoses, and postponed appointments, we got Joe for a technician and he fixed our problem. This was a painful process, exacerbated by only having access to AI which failed miserably and left me extremely frustrated. I would never recommend Sears Home Services to anyone.
