Terrible service
This is about the 7th appointment (at least 3 prior they never showed up and then rescheduled me for WEEKS later). He was 2 hours late and tried to get out of doing the job! He tried to convince me the part ordered isn't what was needed and he could just get me another microwave. I made him fix it and it now works. We have been trying to fix this microwave for FIVE months. Terrible service and way overbooked and apparently short staffed.

Still needs work.
I assume that the freezer was not making noise when the tech left yesterday. I'm not sure what he did to repair the fan motor because he didn't give any details to my wife. When I went down to check it this evening it is making the same rattling noise again.

Took filter cover

Worst service EVER!
My overall service with Sears has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. It took over a month to fix a everyday necessity, its ridiculous! To add insult to injury, the coil is dirty on my fridge, the tech said it's not covered by the warranty. Ok, no problem, I'll pay to do what needs to he done. The tech says, oh, I can't it's not an option. HORRIBLE!!! So, soon I'll have to put in another serive request for the fridge going out again because the coil wasn't tended too! Unbelievable!!!

Oven Repair
He did not show up at our house. No work was done. The oven does not work. He then reported that he completed the work. His report is totally false!

Not Fixed
We are having an issue with dust or similar coming out of the Ice dispenser. The tech said the water m/ice was not filtered . This is a blatant lie! The whole house is filtered with a very high end system. It's filtered again in the refrigerator. I need a tech that can solve my issue or replace the unit as my contract states.
