AI kept asking for the serial number. I could not find it on the appliance and AI would not accept my answer and kept sending me requests for the serial number.

NO SHOW

Unfortunately I cannot give a review for a tech that NEVER SHOWED UP! I stayed home all day waiting for the serviceman. I received a text at 11:13 am that said the tech is on his way. It is now 4:43 pm and tech is a NO SHOW! This is after Sears canceled my appointment December 2 and rescheduled for 12/10. First American Home Warranty and Sears have no respect for people's time.******* IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR.I WOULD*********

Hussein walked in with an attitude, and questioned my husband about the legitimacy of our warrantee for over 5 minutes. He almost aggressively acted like we were somehow trying to cheat personally with a fake warranty . My husband finally got the papers to show him, and he snorted when he saw that the warrantee was not through Sears. He had obviously decided there was nothing wrong with the stovetop, possibly before he got to the house as it was pushing 5 o'clock, even though the water was only boiling in the center of the pans. His solution when I pointed that out was to tell me that I should stir to eliminate that problem. When one pan bubbled on one side only he said the pan must be warped. One pan actually never bubbled for at least 5 minutes when he was there, and he said it was because the pan was too thick. This is an induction cooktop that we paid over $1300 to fix less than 2 months ago. He stepped back from the cooktop and folded his arms and actually hummed when I asked him to re-look at the bubbles. He got very defensive, telling us he had done his job for 25 years, took a picture, said he would report that it was perfect, and began humming again. At that point my husband, who along with me was growing increasingly furious with his refusal to look, his humming, and his mysteriously defensive and yet slightly aggressive attitude, walked him out. When asked for his supervisor's name, he said he was the supervisor. When asked for a card with his name, he pointed to the side of the truck with the 800 number. We will be contacting Assurant with our complaints and will demand a refund of the $50 we spent if they are unable to send out another competent repair person. I have never had a worse repairman in my house. Ever.

Disgusting and Disgraceful!

Come to find out, the "repair person" didn't actually do his job! After receiving a clean bill of health we sold the unit only to find out that pieces were missing and an unbelievable amount of lint was in places it shouldn't have been! And now shady sears is trying to say no refunds!!! So basically they are charging customers for a fake service!!!

Keith said my stove could not be fixed because of a rusted screw. He then told the insurance company that I told him my stove is no longer broken, which is untrue. My stove is still broken!

Diagnostic GE induction cooktop problem

He spent a few minutes and said the problem is short by hearing the sound. Did not do any testing, just by looking with light from phone while I was helping to flip power switch on electrical panel, he declared the problem came from right power board. The cost to repair with new board is $800-900. He did not find the real problem and is not qualified to fix induction cooktop. As of now, the cooktop is working and might stop working if running longer and I told him that at the beginning. What a waste of money by calling sears repair. I am very disappointed. HE NEVER CANE TO MY HOOSE

First of all, they give you a window from 7 to 6 for the technician to come to take a look at your appliances. The day of the schedule appointment, I received a text that the technician was on his way, after an hour and 45 minutes. I received another text that the technician was not able to come, I needed to reschedule, so I rescheduled for the next day, The next day I received the text. The technician was on his way, he was going to arrive at 2pm, another text came in that he will arrive at 4pm, Then I received another text that the technician arrived. seconds later. I received another text " How would you rate your technician?" No one came to my house. I DON'T recommend use this company to repair your appliances Do not use Sears!!!!

Microwave on the Go!!

Jamshid did a great job! Friendly and very efficient. But, not because of Jamshid, I will NEVER use Sears Repair again. It took over a month to get my microwave fixed. One reason after another. Your repairperson never showed up for appts on Monday and Tuesday (7am to 6 pm) of this week. We were not alerted until 6 pm for the two days. Two days of lost work. Finally Jamshid showed up on Wed and did a great job. Your customer service is unacceptable and I will never renew or purchase any contracts with Sears, ever again!!!

Terrible service

He didn't show up last week after someone waited all day. Today, he arrive an hour before the scheduled time on this database. Then when he arrived, I informed him that someone was on the way and he left within 10 min of arriving after being told someone was almost there.
