Sears Home Repair
With my recent home refrigerator repair, Ruben was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate his feedback on the matter and would recommend his services. Scheduling with Sears online needs work, my appointment got postponed twice when there were openings on the portal.

Mr. G, a man who listened to my issues and proceeded to investigate. Isolating the problem, and adjustments. Honestly stating he was unsure if it would correct the issue. Wait a few weeks, should the problem persist then call for tech services again.

While my first call for repairs was on SEPT. 11, to me this is inexcusable for an appointment to take over a month. I was canceled no less than 3 TIMES, WAITING till 7PM and not even a call is abysmal. As far as the repairs today, they went well except for the fact that one screw is now missing from the dishwashers inner door, disappointing and I now have to get one with a trip to the hardware store. I'm not at all pleased with the way the whole deal was handled!!

He was nice. However, Sears home services suck. You can't speak to a person. Their chat does not get you to a person. My fridge is still not fixed. I've waited two months for somebody to show up. The first guy didn't show and reported I was not home which isn't true. I waited all day, he called me at 7pm and then reported I wasn't home. I will never use your services again.
