John was right on time however my refrigerator is still in question. I wish I had some more answers other than it might not happen again. It's a lot of trouble unloading everything out of a refrigerator in the freezer and have to load it back in again hoping it won't happen again.

Easy fix. Replaced circuit board in about 5 minutes. 5 stars if hadn't taken 10 days to get the part shipped. Not an ideal amount of time to be without a refrigerator.

Evans, GAA day late, but problem solved
Philip called late and came a day late, but once he got here he knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. he showed me how to do preventive maintenance. The late show up was not Philip's fault. We were not on his schedule yesterday.

Service was excellent and the problem was fixed. The delay in arriving from the several rescheduled times on the app was annoying. We had to wait the entire day for him to get here. The first text stated he will be here at 11:11 and we are the second stop and then several text with delayed times came through out the day and he finally arrived after 5:15.
