The right part was ordered the first time. The install went smoothly. No issues with the serviceman. Our issue is with the company. They force you into a 8am to 7pm window where you are waiting all day. Twice they cancelled the appointment in the afternoon.

So glad Sears finally sent someone (Scott, again) who showed up to finish a repair job that started he started Nov. 25, 2025!!! It didn't take him long, less than an hour, to figure out what Robert the second repair tech neglected to repair and who continuously canceled our appointments to finish after the part came in that he ordered! Thank you Scott for getting the job done, that Robert did not do!
