Competent even though not informed, or timely
Bernard had 3 arrival times (8:15, 9:12, and 10:14) and was 1/2 hour late for the third arrival time. I waited for him for all three times at the lobby of our complex. This was disappointing. He never phoned to advise me - I had to keep getting updates online. Bernard was not aware of the need for a second person to help pull the stove away from the wall to install the part. Lorenzo G. was our prior service technician and I believe he had identified the need to move the stove. I solved the issue. At 10:56, I called our maintenance department to get a person to help Bernard. The Maintenance manager came up to help. The replacement part was installed quickly, Bernard asked me to dispose of the old part(!) and Bernard was on his way. Bernard is technically competent, but, for me, customer service, responsibility and satisfaction was less than I would expect.

Paul was great, it just would have been helpful to get an estimated time of arrival much earlier in the day. Our window was 8 am to 3 pm and we didn't know when he would show until he reached out a bit before noon

He was prompt, told me nothing is wrong with the dryer, to clean the metal I front of the lint catcher and to have my dryer vent cleaned out and to reset the circuit breaker. BUT if the temp rises on a delicate setting , some one will be back to fix the dryer

Very nice and professional technician (plus two helpers), but took two scheduled visits to get the cooktop working, left some screws unused after the first visit, and did not put drawer that had to be removed under the cooktop back onto the track after the second visit.

After close to a month my dishwasher was finally repaired. 3 different technicians 3 different diagnosis. The first technician Dwight spent 20 minutes at my home. The first 5 minutes declared the motor pump was broken. The other 15 minutes he did nothing but complain about his job and AI. Second technician Tim did spend useful time but ordered 3 different parts, again misdiagnosed. The third technician Iijir discovered dishwasher problem immediately it only needed one of the parts. When Iijir opened the 5 parts sent lucky they were not needed as I was sent a used motor and a bent heating element. All of these technicians came very late in the day. The updates were terrible. Oh this was the 4th attempt not 3. I took off again another day at of work and got a text 4:50 that my appointment was going to be rescheduled. I'm a reasonable person but your service not being able to communicate to me or giving a tighter appointment time is unacceptable, and not showing up at all is rude. Fortunately, hopefully Iijir was successful in my repair. Because this was not a good experience overall.
