Steve analzyed the problem and determined that there was some blocking of the coils because of a lot of dust. Vacuumed out the back of refrigerator/freezer and the freezer seems to be making an adjustment to the correct temperature. Steve was pleasant, helpful, and proficient.

Dario arrived at a reasonable time. He was polite, very professional and treated us with respect. He performed maintenance on our side by side REFRIGERATOR, cleaning under and behind it. Plus cleaning the coils and whatever else had to be done. We really enjoyed Dario and pleased with his work.

We have had a problem with are Refrigerator and Freezer not holding temperature. Over the years we have had several service calls. We have had the gaskets replaced. It was not until yesterday that Hanif told us how the unit self defrosts every 8 hours. Wish someone would have explained this a lot earlier in the process. Really appreciate his work.
