James was a pleasure to have in our home to work on our free standing range. James was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. James provided excellent communication and explained everything in a detailed and easy to understand fashion. We would utilize A&E again because of their technicians (like James). We just wish A&E would provide a shorter ETA, which is currently anytime between 8am-5pm, a 9 hour window! We know of no others who have a 9 hour window. All others give a four hour window, i.e. 8-12 or 12-5. Thanks James!!

The technician repaired our dishwasher quickly. Two things I disliked; 1. A repair window if 8 AM to 5 PM is ridiculous. You need to provide a much shorter window. 2. You cannot talk to a customer service representative. When the phone system is not working like yesterday, that is disgusting.

Rawle was able to figure out what needed to be done with my fridge and got the parts the same day! He saved me from looking for a new appliance. The warranty is definitely worth the money. The technicians really know their stuff and are efficient and pleasant to work with.
