Michael was one of the best service providers I have ever had in my home. He was courteous, helpful, and very professional. He was here to repair my stove, and I had used it just before he walked in. I felt bad about that, but he assured me everything was fine. My repair was completed quickly and I'm very satisfied!

Andy was great. The companies service was terrible. Had an appointment cancelled by your company and was not notified, I waited all day and no one showed up. Had a part ordered / delivered to my home that was broken, Andy was able to make it work. Took 6 weeks to get a microwave repaired!! Not acceptable!
