Andy was great. The companies service was terrible. Had an appointment cancelled by your company and was not notified, I waited all day and no one showed up. Had a part ordered / delivered to my home that was broken, Andy was able to make it work. Took 6 weeks to get a microwave repaired!! Not acceptable!

Thomas did a good job. Fixed the dishwasher at least temporarily and explained more expensive fix not covered by warranty. Handled situation as well as possible.
