Excellent Tech!
Vic has been at my house a few times before for other appliances. Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. I knew it was going to get fixed right when he showed up at the door.

After 4 failed appointments by Sears technicians, I rescheduled for 8-10 this morning and they showed up on time and installed the ordered part and the stove is working again. Thankfully two people showed up since it was a two person job.
