Tom was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable of the appliances, courteous and even called 15-30 minutes ahead to let you know that he was on his way. The automated system on the other hand is very difficult to work with but Tom was great!

They really tried hard to fix it and were very professional, but since I have a GE Profile refrigerator Assuriant should have sent a tech more familiar with GE appliances. I have been without a fridge since Monday and now I have to wait for a GE representative to call me. A big waste of time and money. Also wasted food. Not happy with Assuriant right now.
