Very knowledgeable and thorough Technician & Polite
Mohammad was very informative, investigated the failure and determined the mechanism that failed. He called before arriving and called after to explain the failure. He cleaned up the area and completed the service call on time and we have followed up on the next steps. Much appreciated for his attention to detail.

Marshall did a great job inspecting and identifying our issue, however he said the required parts to repair it were no longer available. We are still waiting for Sears to deliver their report to AHS so we can move forward with getting approval for a replacement.

Sears service on the other hand is awful! My washer stopped working after parts were replaced, but because a knob was ordered I could not get someone back out to fix it. I could not reach a person to speak with. I waited 5 weeks before someone could come out because the knob was on back order. My calls were supposedly escalated (the few times I reached someone) but no one ever contacted me. Speaking with AI was no help. Worst customer service ever!!!
