Saw my problem immediately that spilled liquid had seeped through the glass. He showed me how to take it apart so I could clean it, something I was afraid to do before. Was very patient with me and I appreciated it. Thank you Jakwon!

This maintenance provider does excellent work. Unfortunately, the product is having trouble keeping up with the maintenance. Multiple visits, this time significant collateral damage. Needless to say he was up to the task. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable!

Great Technician

John is great. My concern with the microwave issue is it took 3 visits to repair it and 2 different technicians. John completed the initial visit and ordered parts. The parts arrived and a different technician arrived to install them. The second technician determined 1 part was not needed and didn't install it. He also ordered an additional part that was needed. On the third visit, the new part arrived and John installed it. The microwave works and is currently fixed. However, John mentioned that it may stop working in the near future because the part the previous technician didn't install and canceled will be needed because the one in the oven is wearing out. So, I will probably have to pay an additional service charge to my home warranty company to have that replaced when the oven stops working; which doesn't make me happy. The probability that the part will fail and John's expertise is correct is quite high since the microwave is over 15 years old. Just a suggestion, can't the same technician stay with the repair job from start to finish? The repair lacked continuity because there were 2 highly experienced technicians trouble shooting the problem with their own knowledge, skills, and abilities. If John was the only technician, it may have been 3 visits but the microwave would be repaired and the potential for another parts failure would not be a concern.
